1. Handcrafting & Laser Engraving Lead Time

Because every Lipi creation is individually laser-etched and hand-finished with organic oils in our Karnataka workshop, orders require 7 to 10 business days of handcraft & laser engraving time prior to courier dispatch.

2. Express Transit Times

We partner with premier express courier networks (Bluedart, Delhivery, Expressbees via Shiprocket):

Karnataka & Bengaluru: 1-2 business days
Metro Hubs (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 2-3 business days
North & East India (Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow): 3-4 business days
Rest of India / Remote PIN codes: 4-6 business days

3. Free Shipping Threshold

All orders above ₹999 qualify for FREE Express Shipping across India. Orders below ₹999 incur a standard flat rate shipping charge of ₹99.

4. Live Tracking & WhatsApp Notifications

Once your creation is packed, you will receive an automated WhatsApp notification and email containing your live tracking airway bill (AWB) number and direct courier link.
